I was nominated for staff awards in my company, and when I discovered who nominated me, it was someone I knew but never expected.
Out of curiosity, I asked her why she chose to nominate me. Her response was simple and uncalculated:
“The thing just came up, and I just said, let me nominate you.”
That answer stopped me in my tracks.
With all the friends she has, all the people she could have thought of, how did my name rise in her heart at that moment if it was not divinely orchestrated? This was not a strategy. This was not lobbying. This was a favour, speaking quietly but loudly.
I have therefore come to say: THANK YOU TO GOD O!
My loud announcement continues.
